Refunds
Please inspect your item/s as soon as it arrives.
Bondi Seven is committed to customer satisfaction and we understand that when shopping online; sizing and fit can vary from brand to brand.
*We offer full refund of purchase price not including original shipping costs.
eg Cost of item $35 - plus international shipping cost of $15
We will refund $35
Purchaser must pay shipping / handling costs to return to our Australian warehouse
Items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order or the refund will not be granted. Please allow for shipping time especially if shipping from overseas which can take up to 20 days.
To return goods to Bondi Seven please first send an email to info@bondiseven.com with the subject field "Returns and Exchanges" and include the following information in the body of the email and a Bondi Seven team member will respond as soon as possible with further instructions:
- Order number (located in email confirmation you received when order was placed).
- Email address associated to the order.
- Name and contact email address.
- Please specify the item/s you'd like to return and if you would like to request a refund or exchange.
Postage and handling costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by Bondi Seven (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

The item/s must be unworn & unwashed and in brand new condition.
Please note any items that are returned with marks, stains or smells, WILL BE DECLINED.
Once we receive your parcel and approve the returned item/s, we will then refund the money as below.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

If there is a price difference in the exchange, please email us at info@bondiseven.com and we will work out a solution.
Bondi Seven will pay shipping for item/s to be exchanged to your location but not shipping from your location to our Australian warehouse.
